Kremlin 3 for Mac OS X

Read the following before you install Kremlin 3 for Mac OS X. It includes information about system requirements, installation, uninstallation, and known issues.

System Requirements for Kremlin 3

CPU: PowerPC G4 or higher
OS: Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger)

Installing Kremlin 3

To install Kremlin, follow the instructions provided by the installer.

IMPORTANT: To uninstall Kremlin, use the Kremlin Uninstaller distributed with the package. Do not remove Kremlin manually.

If you have any problems after you installed Kremlin, contact Kremlin support at http://www.kremlinencrypt.com/support.

Uninstalling Kremlin 3

To uninstall Kremlin, run Kremlin Uninstaller. It's located at /Applications/Kremlin/Uninstaller.

Kremlin Uninstaller performs the following actions:

1. Removes all the installed components.
2. Copies /etc/ttys.kremlin.bak to /etc/ttys.
3. Reboots Mac.

IMPORTANT: Once finished, Kremlin Uninstaller reboots Mac without prompt. Save all your work and exit all running applications before you run Kremlin Uninstaller.
